Deliveries & Returns
South African Addresses:
Apex Ultimate Trailers (Pty) Ltd. will ship orders to any address in South Africa, orders will only be processed at our Vereeniging Head Office.
Namibia & Neighboring Countries:
Unfortunately Apex Ultimate Trailers (Pty) Ltd. does not arrange any deliveries outside South Africa, you can arrange for your own transport or delivery service to collect your order from our store.
All orders and invoices are South African VAT inclusive. You will be responsible for any duties, taxes or similar fees in your country.
International Orders:
We are currently unable to deliver to addresses outside South Africa, you can order online and choose "Store Collection" and make arrangements with your shipping or delivery service to collect on your behalf.
Delivery Times:
7 to 14 working days from deposit to completion of trailer. manufacturing will begin to process the order once 70% deposit was received.
Should a product be out of stock, you will be notified and offered a suitable replacement, an option to wait a few more days or a complete refund.
Shipping costs:
Apex Ultimate Trailers (Pty) Ltd. are currently calculating delivery based on R12 per kilometer one way. Alternative arrangements may be made example: meeting halfway to save on delivery costs.

Store Collections:
Orders may be collected from our stores, however ALL online orders are processed from our Vereeniging head office. Please allow for a 7 to 14 day processing and delivery time for your order to be collected from our Vereeniging branch
Online orders must be paid in full before it will be processed and shipped to our stores for collection.
